Password reset

Only head office can reset your password

There is no self-service reset, and that is deliberate. This system holds the branch cash position, so a password is reset by a head-office admin who has identified you — in person or on an authenticated call — never by clicking a link in a mailbox that somebody else at the counter may be able to read.

What happens

  1. 1Call head office on 1800 202 4141, or ask your branch manager to call on your behalf.
  2. 2They identify you, then set a temporary password and unlock the account if three failed attempts have locked it.
  3. 3You sign in with the temporary password and change it immediately from My profile. Changing it signs out every other device.

Who can do this (1)

  • System AdministratorHead office admin · Head office

Every reset is written to the audit log with the admin’s name and the time. Nobody — including head office — can read your existing password; it is stored only as a hash.

Back to sign in

If your account is locked, three sign-in attempts have already failed. Only a head-office admin can unlock it.
